I know it’s been a while…

February 10, 2009

So let’s just say that life has been busy. You probably wouldn’t have guessed, but I’ve actually been scrapbooking the entire time I’ve been blog-absent”. A special birthday scrapbook project for my best friend has kept me very busy and continues to pressure me into a horrible state of non-blogging, but I decided that during this scrap-full time of my life I might as well blog about what’s been going on.

I created a mini album for my best friends birthday. It has about 15 pages and is possibly one of the cutest gifts I have ever made. I primarily used s.e.i. products to create this album, which gave it a really girly, cutesy, feminine flair. It documents my favorites moments (with her of course) from my wedding day. Because she was my Maid of Honor this book has a lot of special moments and memories bundled inside of it’s tiny cuteness. I will be posting pictures of it soon. I was tempted to start posting pictures now, but I didn’t want to spoil the final product, because it’s not quite done yet. I always save my journaling for last, so although it’s full of wonderful memories it’s still missing the meaning behind the memories.

Still nonetheless, I didn’t want to leave you guys with nothing to think about so I’ve added a few pictures of mini albums that I found that have given me inspiration. Maybe they’ll give you a jolt of creativity as well. Mini albums are so easy to make and are incredibly affordable. So go ahead and have some “mini” fun!
